Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and your order for future reference.

GTC are authorized distributors/dealers for many Japanese and USA after market performance parts companies. We have close working relationships and the finest technical support.

We supply to both retail and trade alike, not only to the UK market but all across Europe, Asia and Americas.

PRICES

All sales in the UK are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax). All prices shown on our site are exclude VAT (15%) and postage, and this will be added on top. Prices subject to change without prior notification.

VAT will also be applied to European and Worldwide sales unless the appropriate regulations are applied with. If you are EU VAT registered company, please advise us your VAT registration number so that we do not charge UK VAT. If you are based in non-EU countries, we do not charge VAT.

ORDER POLICY

By purchasing from GTC Racing Technology, buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by GTC Racing Technology. All goods ordered shall remain the sole and absolute property of GTC Racing Technology Ltd as legal and equitable owners until paid for in full.

SHIPPING POLICY

For all orders please double check your shipping address. GTC Racing Technology cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses that lead to returned deliveries. Items will be re-delivered at buyers expense unless GTC Racing Technology has shipped in error. If you can alert us of an input error before shipping takes place, we will do our best to amend the shipping information at no charge. However, if your product(s) have already been processed, a fee may be incurred. On the rare occasion that a wrong part is delivered to you, please notify us immediately and do not open your product. We will work quickly to resolve your problems.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect items for any damage before the courier departs your location. All goods must be signed for "Unchecked" if the courier is not willing to wait whilst you verify the contents. In this case, if the goods are damaged you must notify the courier immediately, then us. Damage claims are handled by the courier and not GTC Racing Technology, which may take up to 30 days to reach a decision. Please save all packaging for any claims. Items after 7 days of purchase cannot be returned for exchanges or upgrades/refunds in any condition. If an item has been shipped incorrectly to you, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to remedy the situation.

Please note that for RAYS Wheels that we do not have in stock they will take between 8 - 12 weeks as all wheels are fully made to order. Please estimate enough time when you order RAYS wheels. Please feel free to contact us for availability. GTC Racing Technology can not offer refunds for wheels specified buy our customers that do not fit their car caused by the aftermarket fitting of big brake conversions and modified suspension etc. We will endeavor to correctly advise you on offset and PCD settings.

CUSTOMS

When ordering goods from GTC Racing Technology for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from GTC Racing Technology, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned to GTC Racing Technology at the buyer's expense. GTC Racing Technology reserves the right to approve or refuse returns on a case by case basis. We recommend contacting us before returning an item to be sure the return will be accepted. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returns approved by GTC Racing Technology. No refunds or exchanges, without written authorization, or after 7 days. Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused and in original saleable packaging. No returns on electrical parts. All sales are final.

We do not take responsibility for wrong orders. If you order the wrong part/item for your car, please do not ask us to take it back. Once you place your order, you will be sent an invoice by post or email with a summary of your order. Please make sure that this invoice accurately reflects your order. No returns on items we have marked as discontinued, are no longer available on our web site or that we are clearancing or closing out. Please keep your invoice. You must include a copy of the invoice that shows the items being returned on it. We are not responsible for incorrect installation of our products.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy, we will not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Please note: Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made in full before the products will be released to buyer. Acceptable forms of payment include: major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo; cheque, bank draft, bank transfer. It takes around 5 working days to clear your cheque or bank draft, we will dispatch items when your payment has cleared. We also accept credit/debit cards via Google Checkout, or PayPal. Please note: If you are paying by Paypal, GTC Racing Technology will only ship to your confirmed address. Please be aware that a 4% charge will be added to all PayPal transactions to cover PayPal costs.

All International orders must be fully paid by bank transfer prior to shipping. Bank transfers to us from outside the UK will occur a fee for the service, please ensure that this is taken into account and the correct full amount is sent. All payments must be in British Pounds (£).

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the express nature of our shipping practices, once a shipping charge is quoted and payment for an item has been remitted, there will be no accepted cancellations unless pre-authorized by GTC Racing Technology.

WARRANTY

GTC Racing Technology does not extend any warranties (including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose). We are not responsible for misuse, incorrect installations or external damage caused whilst the product is in buyers possession. Parts are subject only to manufacturers warranty and it is the sole responsibility of buyer to incur all shipping and processing charges related to said warranty. GTC Racing Technology is not responsible for reproducing lost receipt records, or other paperwork associate with purchase.

Please note alloy wheels must not be used on roads that have be salted/gritted for winter conditions. Road salt corrosion is not covered as part of the warranty. There are no warranty provisions on any goods or products used in or related to Motorsport and associated activities. Buyers should be aware that aftermarket automotive parts may void their automobiles manufacturers warranty.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All product specifications are subject to change without notice. Design, colour, materials, and general appearance may not be the same as product images appearing on the web site. For example, the colour of a particular item may vary in colour depending on resolution and colour settings on an individuals computer. Manufacturer also reserves the right to change product colour and design without notice.

LEGAL USE OF PRODUCTS

Not all products offered by GTC Racing Technology are deemed legal for road use. Buyer is responsible for the products end use and is encouraged to investigate local laws before installing and/or using the product on a street-driven automobile. Installation of aftermarket products may void vehicle manufacturer warranties. All installations and related costs (unless specifically contracted to GTC Racing Technology) will be the responsibility of the end user. GTC Racing Technology is not responsible for any lost or damaged parts due to incorrect installation. Some of our products will require custom fitting, others are not permissible on the roads and may only be legal on the track or for exhibition only.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Sometimes special order items ship directly from the vendor. Please call us for an estimated time for delivery. We will try to keep you as updated as possible, however, since the items are not being shipped from GTC Racing Technology, it is impossible for us to guarantee a delivery date for special orders. Normally our suppliers are very cooperative and manage to have our special orders expedited as quickly as humanly possible. All special orders must be paid for in full prior to the order being placed. Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

BODYKITS AND/OR BODYKIT COMPONENTS

Body kit installation should only be performed by a qualified professional with experience of installing custom fibreglass body kits. Some body kits may require modification for proper fitment. Sanding, filling, and other pre-painting preparation may also be necessary. Be sure to pre-fit all body kits prior to painting.

Some body kits are intended for off-road/show/race use only and may require altering or removing factory bumper reinforcements. The buyer fully understands the risks associated with such modifications and will not hold GTC Racing Technology responsible for any damages resulting from the use of these products.

GTC Racing Technology does not guarantee delivery times and cannot be held liable for any expense incurred for storage of a vehicle at a body shop, or for any delay in the delivery. Please do not put your car into a body shop until you receive your body kit and have checked it thoroughly. Bodykit parts can take longer than 28 days for delivery, please consult an GTC member of staff for further information with regards to a specific kit.

By ordering a bodykit or bodykit component from GTC Racing Technology, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Although we try our best to provide accurate technical information to our prospective buyers and customers, GTC Racing Technology cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided. Car and parts descriptions are described accurately to the best of our teams knowledge at the time of writing. Content does not constitute a contract. BANKRUPTCY

The intending purchaser acknowledges that before entering into any agreement or order for the purchase or delivery of any goods from GTC Racing Technology Ltd, that he is deemed to have made a fresh representation on each and every occasion that he is not insolvent and has not committed any act of bankruptcy, or being a company with limited or unlimited liability, knows of no circumstances which would entitle any debenture holder to appoint a receiver, present a petition for the winding up of the company, or to exercise any other rights over or against his company's assets.

CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS

At GTC Racing Technology, customer service is our number one priority. However, if you have any issues that you feel need our attention, we request that they be made in writing. This can be done via email or letter. By submitting issues in writing you will allow us to track your issue and work to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. All disputes or disagreements, which cannot be resolved by negotiation, will be settled by UK legislation. All legal matters will be dealt with in accordance with the law and statutes in the United Kingdom as directed by GTC Racing Technology Ltd.
